FIRINDA KAŞARLI MANTAR (CHEESE-STUFFED MUSHROOMS)

Ingredients
½ kg mushrooms champignon, washed and wiped
150 gr taleggio cheese, grated
150 gr fontina cheese, grated
50 gr butter
¼ small spoon black pepper
¼ small spoon peperoncino
1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 C. Mix taleggio, fontina, black pepper, peperoncino and nutmeg. Remove mushroom stems and put a very small piece of butter into every mushroom cavity. Then fill them with the cheese mixture and cook in the oven until they get golden brown (about 20 minutes).
