MASHED FAVA BEANS WITH TUNA AND CAPERS

Ingredients
0.5 kg fava beans
2 onions
1 carrot
1 garlic clove
extra-virgin olive oil
100 gr capers
150 gr tuna fish
1 lemon
30 gr parsley
1 tomato, medium size
half a cocumber

Preparation
Leave fava benas to soak in water for 30 minutes. Then boil them in salty water in a pot for 45 minutes, together with the onions, garlic, and carrot (uncut). When the water is getting dense, turn off fire and let it cool down, then add the oil and rough salt, then beldn to get a more homogenous result. It must be a thick cream.

Slice the parsley and an onion in thin strips. Cut the tomato and cocumber in small cubes. Blend with the tuna, capers, onion, cubes, add the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and ground pepper.
