FROM IMPROVISED DISHES TO IMPROVISED STORIES

Food Connects People is organizing the first improvisational workshop in Trentino! We will invent new dishes and tell each other the stories of these dishes!
In the workshop there will be two laboratories. They will be both in team work and full of creativity:
- In the first laboratory, we will create some improvised dishes starting from the trentinian ingredients and mixing them with aromatic herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables and with whatever we like.
- In the second laboratory, we will associate some emotions and sensations to the plates that we create. Then we will transform these feelings into personalities. So, each plate will become a fictional character and finally, we will discover their stories by improvising.
Here is the complete program:
19th November Saturday 12:30 pm: meeting up at Malga Pontara in Bedollo and lunch together
19th November Saturday afternoon: the first laboratory – building up teams and improvising in the kitchen
19th November Saturday evening: dinner, selection of best decorated plate and best tasting plate. The best tasting three plates will go to the online recipe archive of Food Connects People!
19th November Saturday after dinner: the second laboratory – having fun all together by creating and acting personalities and stories of the plates.
20th November Sunday morning: a good-bye brunch and leaving
