Ingredients
4 carrots grated
4 big spoons of olive oil
1 small spoon of sugar
salt
yogurt sauce:
2 big spoons of tahini (sesame paste)
5 big spoons of greek yogurt
4 cloves of garlic smashed
½ small spoon of curry
Preparation
Sautee carrots in olive oil, add salt and sugar and cook them until they release water and drain away. Leave it apart to cool down. When it is cold enough, mix it with the rest of ingredients and adjust salt if needed. Serve the dish refrigerated.
