Ingredients
250 gr ricotta cheese
4 spoons finely crushed walnuts
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
1 spoon of Turkish pepper paste
½ small spoon paprika
½ small spoon cumin powder
1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
First mix well the ricotta cheese and the Turkish pepper paste. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well again. Finally check the salt and add if needed (Turkish pepper paste is already salty, so it may be enough…). Put on a service plate and decorate as you wish!
